Can I Connect with other databases ?

Yes, This call flows can interact, read and write data, with almost any Windows database that supports ODBC (Open Database Connectivity). Ex. MYSql, MSSQL and oracle.

Can I use other dlls

Yes, Dll written in vc++ can be used with this call flow.

Can I Use Voicemail with Automated Attendants?

Yes, Voicemail Systemscan be connected to the Automated Attendantsto give messages to the caller about unavailability, hours of operation and to provide the option to record a message.

Yes, Our Partners provided phone support to its clients. Emergency after hours support is also available as well as 24 hour email contacts.

How does it work ?

When a caller dials the IVR number, the CTI card handles the telecom signaling, call connection part. IVR Application receives the call, play WAV files, detect DTMF digits or speech recognition, retrieves information as per the DTMF or Speech Command and play the required wav files as per the information.

Is it a PC Based Application ? Does it use any special hardware ?

Yes, It is a PC based Application. It uses special hardware call CTI boards, commonly known as CTI Cards.

What is IVR ?

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is a phone system application that prompts callers with recorded messages and options and processes voice input and/or touch-phone keypad selections from these menus. The IVR script responds to this input by providing appropriate information in the form of voice answer or provides a connection to a “live” operator.
